Scaring turn for my set

Hit top set on flop. Purely looking for information on the turn to determine whether he has hit his flush. What do we suggest is the best way to play the turn to determine whether we are still ahead.

Do I look to try and control the size of the pot by betting fairly small or bet pot to shake off any drawing hands.
If I Check I could open a chance for a bluff leading to a larger pot which isn't ideal for me.

Bet more on flop, wet as you can get so need to charge draws.

Bet more on turn, again just for value really.

If bet more earlier in hand river can be shove, as played bet river, not sure if it's bet/call or fold probably bet/fold but defo value in betting yourself.

    bet flop bigger for vslue

bet turn bigger for value, information shouldnt be your main reason for the bet

Against an unknown Im betting river, c/c ok if you think he has missed draws a lot and usually bluffs them
