might be daft idea, but here goes.........
every one who wants to take part must commint to say 10 "games" (£1 per game)
each game played as a heads up with a 30 min time limit
winner gets 3 pts and then 1 pt for a draw
if u win the match u win the pot (£2) if its a draw u both leave with ur £1
winner of league gets a big slap on the back and maybe couple of tourni entrys from sky (maybe)
o and a small shiny trophy
