It's going to be an awesome, five-hour televisual experience!
Not only will we be devoting TWO hours to the Viva Las Vegas Final...
Not only are we introducing Jen Mason as a new Sky Poker expert...
We also have a special guest analyst - in the unorthodox shape of Nick Wealthall...
Many of you will remember Nick from the early days of channel 865. He was a regular analyst on The Open and anchored the first ever series of Sky Poker School. In the last few years, he's been my regular wingman on EPT Live...
And he's the official host of the hugely successful UKIPT (although I don't think the tour's success actually has anything to do with him). We'll delve into Nick's life story in detail on the show. If you have any questions for Mr Wealthall, please e-mail skyopen@bskyb.com, tweet using #SkyPokerTV, or post in this thread.
At 8pm, Jen and Nick will be analysing MY play in Tuesday's £5k Open. In Sky Poker School, at 9pm, we'll be discussing playing small pocket pairs in heads-up cash games (so, please offer your thoughts on this). And from 10pm, it's VLV all the way.
As the night will end with (at least) one Sky Poker player winning a £10k trip to Las Vegas, it's only appropriate that we focus on the poker playing capital of the world...
Vegas anecdotes is always a fun topic, so please share yours!

Also having written comedy for such great shows as Have I Got News For You and produced great Podcasts in the past.
Not forgetting your credible poker credentials such as being the winner of the Sussex Masters 2010 Main Event and UKIPT Nottingham Charity Bounty tournament.
I'd really like to know - What's it like working with Liv?
Hi John
Enjoyed seeing you and Carlo have a bit of banter after the failure of your guest to turn up. You carried it off very well if indeed it was last minute. Oh yes how do you manage to put a x2.5bb bet on as i saw you do it(or some exact amount)? I can only put x2 0r x3. Thanks in advance.
Anyway my question is, what are your top three card rooms in vegas and why?
My anecdote refers to wanting to play poker in vegas and having the opportunity by taking a tour of california and hawaii with my girlfriend in october 2011 after starting on Sky in june, which also had a detour for a couple of days in vegas too.
I researched the best card rooms on the net but we were staying at the Stratoshpere so i played there due to time constraints. Unfortunately, the experience was hindered by the proximity of the noisy gaming floor and the number of drunks at that time of night. Shame really.
The best room i saw was at The Monte Carlo casino. A lovely intimate, quiet room with original art on the walls. My girlfriend and i were given a lovely welcome by the room managers who allowed us to have photos taken with them and of the room. Personally my other two favourites were Wynn's(very classy and oozed old-time elegance) and Caesar's Palace(superb room and atmosphere). I intend to go back and play them one day.
So what about yours folks. Cheers Profman15
PS The Bellagio had a big tournament on and i've never seen so many tables crushed together. Certainly not my idea of fun!
Then again I always win MTTs covered by Jen Mason on SkyPoker (very thin veil there).
Gawn Gawn Gwan Tommy! You know it makes sense!
Great show BTW guys! Enjoying the analysis by Jen!
I think that player would be a sad individual lol,can you ask Nick his thoughts on this.
Question for Nick. With the massive success of the UKIPT and the great work Nick does as it's host and on Poker Radio and TV, does he think the next time he rails Kara Scott at the WSOP Norman Chad will know who he is?
