    I don't play alot of DYM's but I would think that when you open to 220 there are alot of ocassions when people will just shove on you with stacks of 2000. If that's the case this can certainly be a good argument for a fold. Perhaps I would adapt my game too much when playing a DYM but I think I'd fold here, knowing I couldn't call a shove. Perhaps there aren't as many 3-bets in these as I would expect there to be.
    I don't really want to be shoving AJ UTG with 20BB either. Not when I only have to outlast half of the field.

    Never jam. Fold or raise depending on image and opponents but mostly fold I think.

    Yes , standard raise whatever that may be. Its not the first two levesl so prob 3bb />bet>=2bb is ok according to the system of bets u play. Only my opinion but after seeing some shoves and their calls recently, the bluffers are there even at this level. Weird to my mind. Cheers
