Raise more pre or fold.

You go to 1.50 after a limper with T9o.  I assume that this isn't for value and the limper is never gonna fold unless you make it 2.50 at least.

Personally just fold pre.

As played the river is a pretty easy fold.  IMO this is nearly nearly always JQ

Yeah I don't play these levels but your 3bet pre is never gonna get a fold. Either fold or raise more.

And yeah pretty easy fold on the river

Make it 2.00 because of the limp.  Then yea easy fold river

4X raise pre IP vs one limper is fine

I'd bet the turn bigger - fold river
