    Hey

First up, quick pointer.  It's better if you don't post results in the OP, if I was you I'd stop the HH at the river raise.  This encourages people to give opinions that are not results orientated.

    The hand

Pre - Fine, I prefer to raise a little bigger from SB to BB, but the min raise seems to be en vogue at the moment.

Flop - Fine, I'd say your sizing was at the lower end of ok, anything half pot to three quarter pot is fine.

Turn - Same comments as the flop

River - The classic 'should we bet/fold or check/call' spot IMO.  You beat two value hands of the villain (if he's been drawing with a 4 or already flopped the 8 high straight, the later is exceptionally unlikely as the hand played out).  The problem is a ton of other draws have come in also on the turn and river.  I like bet/fold, it's hard for him to raise with the lower straight although not impossible, when he raises it's mostly going to be with hands that beat us plus we should get some value out of one pair/two pair combos which has been calling down the streets.  I'm sigh folding that river.

This all changes if the villain can bluff rivers/knows a good card to represent.  Do you have notes on the villain?

    raise bigger pre

    bet flop bigger

    bet turn bigger

    bet river bigger

as played prob fold to river raise, but its pretty villain dependent
