Could I Squeeze Out Some Value?

It's only gonna make a small difference but I wanna try and make the most of every spot. I got let in for free on the BB and really was just waiting to c/f with such a junk hand (short of a miracle flop).

Both players in the hand are loose passive. By the end of the hand I'm sure I'm ahead, dya think I couldda squeezed out 4p/8p out of one or both of them?

P.S. Obviously, seeing their hands at showdown, I probably couldn't have, but I'm talking about future situations like this where they may call with 2nd pr, 3rd pr or worse

bet flop, bet turn, and hopefully check river and get to showdown for free
i'd probably fold at any point to a decent sized raise

The turn is your value bet!

I might even overbet it, 25p, then check the river.

Lol yes I'm aware of this. I'm just always weary of getting too involved in hansd that I would insta fold if I wasn't in the BB and it was limped to me, unless obviously I hit the flop hard.

So I really didn't wanna lead out into the 2 of them. On the turn, I probably should have bet after the show of weakness.

I'm sure you both (you and Percival) are right and I should be betting these TPs until I come up against resistance.

lol at overbetting at any point

versus loose passives i'd just be b/fing from the flop onwards

    :(

Well I'm very sure I've got the best hand on the turn, and I'm not gonna get 2 streets from worse, so I go for 2 streets in 1 street.

I would be looking to check/fold the flop.

i think you have more chance of getting 2 calls off weaker pairs from smaller bets than a call when you overbet the turn and its very probable they'll be facing a big bet on the river as well

i'd much rather bet the flop though because gutshots have better odds of coming in

I actually agree with Dohhhh on this hand. I overbet turn and check river.
