Hello all!

Here's the news on our next live show. It's tonight and here's what you can look forward to...

In place of the advertised Richard 'we've just had a baby' Orford (yes, you guessed it, he's skiving under the banner of parenthood) we have Redmond Lee stepping up for his presenting debut!

Our heartiest congratulations go out to Orford and wife, Mel, on their newest addition, Harry Lewis Orford.

Joining Redmond, will be tan-tastic favourite, Carlo Citrone!

And here's what they have in store for you...

7pm – Tonight on Sky Poker
-
A look ahead to that night's big tournaments
-
TV Cash hands from the Mastercash tables (look out around 7pm for details on which table we'll be covering first so you can get on TV)

8pm – Analyse My Play
- Carlo will be reviewing some of Redmond's hands from the TV cash tables this week as well as looking at hand requests from you guys out there - so please do post your hand id's, table info and why you would like our experts to take a look!

9pm – Sky Poker School
-
Discussing playing large pairs in MTTs

10pm – Top of Sky Poker
- We'll be taking a look at the action from the Viva Las Vegas Semi-Final that kicks off at 9pm

11pm – Sky Poker Highlights
-
finally we'll be covering the £10K Primo tournament that starts at 8pm

We've also got a competition this evening with an absolute whopper of a prize... a seat into the Easter Sunday £25K SUPER ROLLER on 8th April.  A huge opportunity that shouldn't be missed.  The competition is called 'Five Fun Facts About Redmond'... in the spirit of April Fool's Day, Redmond will give us a 'Fun Fact' about himself in every hour of the live show.  All you have to do is guess correctly which fact is the true one, email us in the answer before 11:30pm and you could be in with a chance of winning that amazing seat.

To play tonight, just watch the show and email your name, alias and contact tel. no. to
skyopen@bskyb.com when you think you have the answer.

And remember, your comments and questions are always gratefully received, so please do send them in for Redmond and Carlo!

See you tonight from 7pm!
The Sky Poker TV Team

Is this something you asked Redmond about, or is he finding out the same way as the rest of us? :P

I'm sure he'll do fine. Good luck lad.

Good luck Redmond - scary stuff!

Bet you're getting a spray-tan as we speak so the contrast between you and Tan-go-man doesn't throw the studio lighting out.

A quick question - I was recently playing in a min stakes MTT and found myself on a table where 4 of the players were "away" for a long time - obviously I didn't help myself to any blinds (!) but it got me thinking.

If all the players on a S&G table (a dym for example) marked themselves away at the start and never came back, would the game ever finish? I don't think it could happen on a cash table (the rake would eventually take all the cash) or in a MTT (they'd eventually be re-allocated to other tables).

What - other than sky intervention - would stop the game?

    Have a good one boys!

I think the big tournys have lost some of their appeal now that the show doesnt follow the it through the evening like they used to , ie Primo, Thursday BH

tution etc is ok but that doesnt have to be shown on a live night. I think Sky have made a major fo par on this one. and is probably the reason forteh falling numbers in the Primo and the needfor the guarantee to be reduced to £10,000

If tikay had a tear in his eye at SPT Brighton seeing Ryan doing interviews then he must be at home watching this bawling his eyes out.

    Great job on the presenting.

    You're ok too Carlo. :-)

Q for Redmond.  I assume you knew your hands were going to be analysed for the show so do you think your play changed because of this?

Mr. Lee, you're doing a very fine job...

I know that you recently played the EPT in Madrid, so have you or Carlo ever been tempted to jump head-long into the live scene and fly around playing every event? Joining the likes of Young Pro #1 and Young Pro #2? I don't think I'd mind playing Madrid one month, Monte Carlo the next. Can't be bad, can it?

(Can you tell that I don't remember any of the young players' names?)

Well done to Redmond and Carlo for a top show.

    Very impressed with Reds tonight.
I can't even start to imagine how difficult it is for a non-TV person to carry 5 hours of live TV, but you seemed to breeze through it, and gained in confidence as time progressed.

Carrying live TV is pretty hard even for a trained presenter...

    Poor Ortis.

    Jessica Ennis, goodnight.
