In a DYM at this stage, for me, it's pretty much read dependent. With the stacks being fairly even (short stack has 1930?)  it would depend how Evil had been playing.  Not played DYM's against him but if hes been shoving a lot, with AK I'd be tempted...... Otherwise good fold.

Snap call even in a DYM.

I don't think your reason for folding is correct but 4 way in a dym when your sitting in 2nd makes it an ok fold.
