Saving info on opponents

Having stored information on many opponents recently,I find it very frustrating that after a period of a couple of weeks or so the info disappears of the system...Does anyone else have the same problem?

I have contacted customer service who say I cannot retrieve the lost data,a fact I am painfully aware!

    Seen plenty of people say the same thing, happens to mine occasionally to the odd one from what I can tell.

    I'm more bothered about the useless software STILL not being able to let you start typing a note and actually finish it before your table(s) start popping up when it's your turn!

    I think your notes live on a sky server and not on your local pc.....but maybe sky can confirm?
