Ask yourself this question: "what hand will call a shove on the river that I beat?". Don't fall into the trap of level 1 poker where you only think about the two cards in front of you. What do you think dodd08's range for calling 3-bets is? What do you think he thinks of your 3-betting range? Do you only 3-bet with aces and kings and so dodd08 has no problem calling you 3-bet and folding if he can't beat an over pair.

I suspect you are beat by the river here. Probably a set. But I think you would be better check-calling the river to let your opponent bluff to rep the five or back door flush.

What's your history like with the opponent?

Because he has opened 4x and is 200b deep I may 3bet bigger pre, esp as oop through streets.  Think we can bet ickle more through streets also, larger 3bet pre would have moved it along nicely.

Be interested to see what he turns over.

Yes the effective stack is 100bs but he is sat with £95 @ 25/50 (195bbs).  May be inclined to peel bigger pre.

Kind of with jugglegeek, if we know we arent c/fing may aswell check induce shoves from inferior pp's & reps.  But I also agree that pps are likely checked back, losing vl.

As always plyr dependant.  Yuck tho
