2man HU v 4man HU - Thoughts anyone? Especially Dohhhhhhh

I've been looking at these 4man HU games and I'm trying to figure out if there's much difference in terms of value between them and a standard 2man HU.

Obviously you have to win 2 in a row to cash, but rather than doubling your stake, you're quadrupling it. So a £1.05 HU game where you win £2, becomes a £1.10 (I think) where you win £4. Obviously if you play alot and win alot, then by playing 2man HU games, if you win two in a row (which happens VERY often), then rather than turning £1 into £4, you've turned £2 into £4 which obviously isn't as good.

So I'd be interested to get some thoughts from regular HU SnG players as to what they think about them, are they better, worse or is there not much in it really?

I can't really decide myself, hence the thread

At the lower levels (would say up to £5) they are very profitable, if you're confident in your HU game. So many opponents can just be run over with aggression that it's your best interest to play 4 man games due to the added value. I would play them alongside regular HU games to offset some variance and to keep your number of games played up, as they tend to take a little longer to fill. Hope this helps, GL.

Agree with Nagrom, il play the £11 ones but they take ages to reg up.

There good to do but frustrating becuase its impossible to get regular games going.

    As above I'd imagine!

Can't really help u here as I only play fast structures....

I'd be surprised if I've ever played more than 3 of these.

4 man hypers would be a good addition IMO.
