used to love watching the sky poker channel but bit by bit it is turning into complete dross. on certain days its very watchable the likesof channing thew tikay and other poker experts make the programm worth watching but the lack of poker being shown is a concern and some  sky poker players drooning on about nothing makes u want to turn off. orford and tikay remind me off eric and ernie funny to watch. the loss of ed and trevor is a big miss imo very informative duo on poker. anna spot on in her role but please instead of players going on show more poker

im not slating anyone for being that good or bad just wanna see more poker hands played which i would say the majority of players wanna see as well there was a time when this happened its called sky poker channel not a chat show

well saying Sky Poker player droning on kinda comes across as a slating!  but you are entitled to that opinion and I guess it comes as part of the job to be in line for criticism....which I will take on board and try to get better with every show!

anwyay with regards to the number of hands show its something that isn't quite as simple as it seems.  the hands have to be there ready to go and loaded.  the channel also has to sell the site, and promote tournies/promotions/new features etc.  then when the guests are on there is time taking to go thru their background etc.

the vieweing figures of the show have increased massively in the last few months...however all feedback is noted by everyone associated with the channel and it isn't ignored

never meant it to sound like that just my bluntness im afraid no offence meant to yourself and if there was i am sorry. if they do have to wait for hands to load and all that then maybe poker from the previous day should be recorded and shown some cash stt dym always good for a watch imo

I can see both sides of the coin. I'd love to see more hands and they didn't need to be sent in by us when they used to show the tournaments from that night. I personally think Ryan is doing a great job and has been a great addition to the show. It is great when there are three people on the show ie a presenter an analyst and a guest as it isn't just an opinion that is stated there is a debate which is always more interesting to watch. I was sceptical about the new show format at first but as its bedded in it has become more and more watchable. Don't take it personally Ryan as I think most people have enjoyed your shows and having someone who understands the site and has a great knowledge of the game has been a major plus. I think it's great having players like Scotty77 on the show, it's a big surprise to put a face to a name innit--- I would never have thought he looked sensible!!

I was a big fan of some of the old experts, especially Ed but the new experts are just as good and I think you need to have new experts to get new different views on the game. I actually enjoy the chat between the experts and special guests. What is frustrating is the technical issues with playing hands which has happened quite a few times. I think this has led to "drooning on" as analysts have to make up chat on the spot.
While it is good to see hands, it is about seeing interesting hands rather lots of boring hands like AK v QQ aipf standard hands. I guess quality rather than quantity.

If you are doing a live show it needs to feature live(or as close as possible) play imo.
A lot of the new 1 hour shows could be pre-recorded apart from the odd forum post used on them.
Me i preferred the old schedule lay-out, days and times but that's my opinion.

I prefered it when they followed just 1 or 2 tourneys for 4 hours, but having Sky Players on commenting on the play is a good thing!
