Best show for a long time

edited April 2012 in Poker Chat
Really enjoyed tonights show. It was good to see lots of hands being played in the main event.  Just like the old shows.  We dont seem to see so much coverage of the main events these days.

Must agree it defo was the best show for a long time.

I wish we had a) more tournaments like this with big prizepools more often and
                        b) have more shows that just concentrate on the mtt main event that night

Great analysis from both Richard and Redmond and i really enjoyed the super roller even if i did finish in a lowly 190th lol

Wow- amazing mate. Congrats. Massive ROI. And thanks for those two hands that gave us so much to talk about. That Royal Flush was insane!

Wish I had the chance to watch more of it. Loved the new studio setup. But I will definitely catch a replay. Apart from playing in it I was trying to increase my head count in the bounty promotion , busting out close but no cigar in league stars freeroll, while trying to keep an eye on TSP tourny and the golf on TV.

Disappointed to finish 25th, battled back from early setback to be right in the mix  and actually felt I was playing well enough to at least FT.... 10 10 v 7 7 aipf killed it though.

More Sundays like this please !

It was certainly good to see the main event covered in such an excellent way, and Rich gave a pretty good performance too:)

I've just watched it all on Sky+, a very enjoyable show, the excitement of the big tournament was conveyed really well.

Why isn't there more like this? Obviously it had a £25k guarantee but that's kind of irrelevant when you get like 400+ runners. So essentially, the £110 roller could be the same as this every single week, if there was more advertising/publicity, more satelliting available etc.

I was really shocked to see how many runners this got for £110 buy-in when there's a weekly one that struggles to get 50.
