Everytime i attempt to log into my skypoker account it takes me 2 attempts, even tho im typing in the correct password it says i type in the wrong one although i am 100 % sure i type in the correct one, im puzzled to why this happens and does get pretty annoying having to enter it twice everytime i want to log in lol

i'm really sorry to hear about your problems. as this is an issue with your account the best thing to do is to contact customer care. the team will be more than happy to investigate your issue and help come up with a solution that will allow you to log in with no problems.
you will be asked what browser you are using and other similar questions in order to gain as much info as possible to help you out.
it's probably best if you get this information to hand but even if you are unable to our customer care team will be happy to help you out.
