If we decide not to 3bet pre out of the small blind oop, do we have to fold pre when BB raises?

First intinct was to go all in here, but it being a dym i decided not to....good/bad right/wrong?  His bet sizing just basically says "I have a massive hand and wont fold" I thought, mostly readless though.

Currently on 11 win streak @ 3 + £5 dym, thats good right?

I think with the 3bet, and the call behind, a shove from you is almost certain to get called by at least 1 player which means you're very likely flipping and as I'm sure you know, doubling up in  DYM definitely doesn't guarantee a cash, so I'm sure the DYM experts on here will say it's probably a fold now as played. Blinds are still very low and you've still basically got your starting stack so I don't think you need to take this risk. If it wasn't a DYM, I probably jam.

Have to fold to 3bet, it's not fun but you don't need to win these things to win money.

Yeah was surprised you were so inactive.  Was just a bit of fun tbh.  Let wheels come off towards end and made a stupid call AI, but had developed (degraded) image to the point where was happy to take what I figured was a flip when first shover was likely sharing cards.

Paticularly enjoyed paying off your river bet holding 10's full for like 80bbs  with Ahigh :p  Oh n 3betting you blind on blind with 24.

I played pretty bad tbh :) lol.  Howd you end up?

In OP SB had K's n utg 4xer had 9's, getting it all in on J high flop, oh I folded.  Not sure folding was right, but my image was pretty solid and seemed like he had been paying attention.  Didnt think he wud do it with AQ so felt like i had to get out of it.

Think was like 20 out of money shoved 13 bigs SB v BB KQ v JJ, didnt get there left with 1bb gg, played ok tho and havent been playing as much of late so probably why i was a bit tighter too, taking it a bit serious for a £3.30 lol

Get away...u r up v a pair in level 2. Mind sometimes its nice to push and put the decision to him.
May i ask you a q please? Played with u a while ago and felt perplexed that you offered 'advice' ("donkbet") to someone else at the table. Do u use this as a tactic to get in someone's head and give you an edge? I'm not decrying it as he may not have chat on/ be bothered/ be a better player etc. You weren't malicious or anything just 'helpful' but it did surprise me and you had lost the pot to him. Just wondering..
Very good run by the way. Keep it up....Cheers

Lolz.  Have a vague memory of this think I did 2 in chat back quite quickly?  Like:

"Is it good strategy to limp into every pot in a dym and bet pot on each street?"

    &

"Is it good strategy to donk pot in every hand in a dym making it impossible for me to call you...?"

I was a bit drunk and getting annoyed at how bad a few players were playing.

Was rude and out of order, I'll try to be better :) , but glad it didnt come off bad :)

Thing is, I solely play MTT & S+G, which r very different to DYM's.  But as so SKY run such a small volume of S+G's I think ppl just register due to lack of alternative not really understanding the difference.  (SKY themselves dont run the low volume, the players dictate that its low volume I guess.)

Thanks for the reply ma'am. I'm not being critical and i realised that he had upset you with a poor play. I do understand and you weren't rude or abusive, maybe just a bit sarcastic though its open to interpretation. Mind we laughed together when you had a go at his donk bet of his then donked yourself a few hds later. (It was me who put "donk bet?" in the chat box). It was fun and certainly not out of order. you were just showing your frustration. To be honest i cant even remember the result or whatever...

If I donked there'd have been a reason lol

Was at the bottom of second bottle of red in that session so who knows tho? :)

Just as an aside I think sky have made me concentrate on plaing in position more.  Only for the fact it is so glitchy on my laptop for some reason that if i dare play an hand out of position then AT LEAST 3/4's of my timebar has gone b4 i get a chance to act.  Anyone else get this?
