FRIDAY 13TH APRIL
Dodging Bullets ran a shocker yesterday and it can only be assumed that something was amiss. Folkestone was abandoned after just 2 races so our other selection didn’t get to take his chance. Just a few bits of info through today, all at Aintree, and a couple that look capable of outrunning their prices. They may just represent a touch of e/w value but stakes will be kept low today.
Today’s bets:
LITTLE JOSH (Aintree 3.40) - 1 POINT E/W – 8/1 AVAILABLE.
BUXOM (Aintree 5.25) - 0.5 POINTS E/W– 33/1 AVAILABLE.
Today’s Information:
Aintree 2.00
Theatre Guide – We have had a few problems with him but he is well in himself now and has been doing some lovely work at home. This is obviously a big step up but Aintree should suit him and we’re very hopeful of a big run today. Could be a big e/w price if things fall into place.
Aintree 2.30
Silvianico Conti – Although only 5 runners it looks fairly competitive. Silvianico is in great order and we expect him to run well, but he wouldn’t be one for maximum bets here.
Aintree 3.40
Little Josh – He has a touch of class and if he takes to these fences he could give them all a lot to do. He is in great order and conditions really should suit today. If he can put in a clear round he would definitely have a solid e/w chance.
Aintree 4.15
Cotton Mill – He was in the process of running a blinder at Cheltenham when he ran out and he is showing no ill effects of that. If anything Aintree should suit him even better and if he can get settled in front he may just take some pegging back here.
Aintree 5.25
Buxom – Not much luck in running last time but in great form at home and there is a fair bit more to come from here. She is in great shape and could just be a touch of e/w value.
