My development as a poker player

I have been playing for 18 months now and have tried hard to improve my game ... The following things I think I have come to understand pretty well and follow "most" of the time are :-

Bank roll management, Playing position, Bet sizing, Aggression is good, note taking and watching the action on the table even when not involved in the hand

but where does this all leave me?

Playing mainly £5 MTTs (with the occasional main event of an evening when bank roll allows)
playing £5/£11 STTs
avoiding cash as I do not do so well at it
Playing a mixture of pub and casino poker

I am struggling to complete my main aim which is to win tournaments and become profitable player  ....  I have cashed at DTT SPT but have yet to win a tournament (min cashing quite often though) on Sky and fail to string more than 3 STT wins together .... I am really enjoying my poker but really want to continue up the learning curve and make more money :)

Any advice on how i can improve or areas I should focus on are very welcome

You're probably not being aggressive enough in the mid stages of the tournament if you're min cashing alot and have a decent sample size, but this is justa c ommon problem and not neccessarily your one. Maybe post some hands you're not sure if you played well? Or some general notes about your play style at various stages in the tournament.
