Saw some things on this on other threads but wanted to open one up just for you.
Was @ DTD on 1b (spectating and railing 1c and 2 - happy now edit?) and had glanced at a big stack a few tables over...without realising it was you. I post in here almost as much as you

and you've always seemed like a great guy.
Ending sessions with such strength and falling short is heartbreaking. At 10% of prizepool I agonise over my decisions, let alone doing so well than having it fall through.
Just wanted to say awesome effort aswell. And not to dwell over it too much. Pretty sure you got to such good position by playing A game and having abit of rungood. Its what we need in MTTs, just have to hope it clicks in the big ones.
Am sure you'll get another shot on a big stage andit will go your way.
From what I understand of hand: you win the flip then your stacked and can just mercilessly punish going to bubble.
Great effort and unlucky bud.

Just want to say thanks, this thread was brought up to me in during the DTD and i feel priviliged that so many of you took time out of your own busy schedules to follow a low stakes player having a shot at the big time. Day 1C (i played) was simply fantastic. I looked at my twitter and blogs and i actually suspect i was chip leader for a large part of the day. I hit 90k around 8ish and bluffed 30k off at 8.23 the blog stated chip leader was on 74k @ 8.30. I obviously played one crazy hand to take the noted chip lead on all blogs, although only got recongnition for that because i asked tighty what the top stacks where, he said and i said i could beat it.
Most will say i played that hand badly but i had a live tell on the opponent.
Day 2 was a very horrible day for me and one i dont want to re-live. Although if i see tikays post (i actually checked the forums 5 mins before he posted it) i obviously dont bluff Greek Jack. Other than that i have no regrets. QQ v K3 all in pre then crippled me down to 14k managed to double and lost the flip mentioned. If i win with the QQ im back to 70kish. The QQ would have seen me on 120kish. So for all the bluff done the damage it was defo recoverable, and in honesty i rekon any other opponent on the table bar 1 folds the AQ in that spot. So i picked one of 2 players not to bluff to bluff. The rest all seemed happy to get a min cash if they could so pressure would have been the way to go, and thats the way i went.
I will be back stronger. I had taken about a month of before the UKIPT and although a little bit rusty for the first 2 levels i felt much better for it. I did run good, but on day 1 i managed to lose the min when behind and take the max when ahead, In instances i even value betted bottom pairs, and underpairs knowing the oppo would call with Ace high. The radar was just spot on.
However i dont think i could have done it without the massive support i recieved at both the venue and online. It really does make a differance. Even after i busted i was gutted, but the support stayed for a while and cheered me up.
So for that i owe more than a min cash to you all, just disappointed i couldnt have turned the chips i had into a deeper run. Would have been far less than the support deserved to get for being there
P.S. i also did do a blog for it on another site, if people want a link lemmie know, warning it is long
i did pm sky requesting to put it hear but no reply unfortunetly
You mind talking me through your exit hand? Far as I understand you flop the world draw after flatting BB with AhJh?
Hand 1: Ah Jc In BB
Binds 800/1600 (200 ante i think)
Greek Jack raises to 4k from UTG +1
folded to me in the BB i flat.
Flop comes Qh Td 5h
I check
Greek Jack bets 6500
I check my cards, knowing ive checked my cards i call hoping to rep any heart on the turn, the K obviosuly gives me broadway so im calling to bluff.
Turn comes the 4h
I check again
Greek Jack bets 15k
I check his stack, i was planning a check raise in this spot as its exactly how id play a flush, i dont think the opponent has enough for me to just raise so i set him in. i think he had 50kish behind, although turns out i was 10k out. but again probably plays the same.
He instant calls, but looks pained about it and not happy.
I miss.
In regards to this i believe most of the table fold to this play, however i only later seen Tikays post about this opponet.
Hand 2: QQ in BB
Folded to SB who shoves
I snap,
Board runs out KJx9x
down to 16k
hand 3: A3 on BTN
folds to CO who min raises,
i shove for 14300
he sigh calls for 10k more
A3 v 86
board runs out AJT92
Hand 4: AQ in BB
UTG min raises to 4k
Folded to SB who asked for a count of both BB and UTG stacks, he shoves,
I call, hed shoved 3 previous hands in similar spots.
He shows JJ
Board runs JTxxT
hand 1 greek jack had AQ, pretty much the hand i put him on range i said was AQ/KQ maybe QJ KQ and QJ may have a heart AQ i knew couldnt.
Hand 2, opponent had K3.
Can take alot away, know you will.
I have no regrets tho, alot fold tht AQ with 60k back, and on another day im happily sitting with over 250k. ofc even getting called isnt the worst thing with the outs i have
