Hand 1 i think you should have got away from on the turn or if you call then def fold to the river bet

Hand 2 cooler unlucky mate. you know aa kk or ak poss but very hard to get away from.

Hand 3 is screaming straight but i would say it depends on what you think of your oppo and if he is capable of bluffing here.

Hand 4 is looking like a straight again but i carnt see the full hand history

Just changed my thoughts on hand 1 now mate after just seeing your oppo do something really strange in a hand on one of my tables i now couldnt fold that to him and im guessing thats why you went with it.

one tip for you, on a downswing, playing bad or both, dont play omaha lol, i have done this soo much after going on tilt with holdem, and lost so much.

You know when you are playing bad with prime example of hand 1(not saying you are overall), i think you can/should fold but inclined to call because its so annoying when someone min-raises on a board that he reps v little, when i start to pay off weaker players i tend to shut shop tbh, tilts me so much.

Im playing bad at the mo, not necessary downswing but playing bad saying that i have lost a few flips recently but that's the way it is, i play same level as you but in $,  i have a problem folding at the moment lol with stupid hands like hand1, don't know what it is, must be the weather or summing lol.

1. Turn you gotta fold imo, MR looks so valuey and unless you have reads he can do this with worse J's/Air/FD's then just fold, if you call then river call is fine as T changes little.

2. I probz raise turn to help build pot as tough to get stacks in on river unless he also has monster also, but obvz outcome is cooler.

I'm hearing you WAI. PLO is the devils game, it always seems a gd idea to go chase some losses at it but its the most swingy game ever so worst possible choice.

My current trend is to lose a couple of buy-ins w hnds like KKvAA, or setvflushdraw and then proceed to spew off paying out to all and sundry who hit their draws. Bankroll has been decimated, no way C4P can even begin to repair the damage. Think I'm gonna spend some hours at the micros and try to rebuild some confidence.
