1 in 5 tourney mistake???

9 runners and 1st took seat and the £8.80 remainder ?? surely this is a mistake as it always paid remainder to 2nd place  ??? customer care said thats how it always pays ( big sigh) never seen that before but they cant do anything about it lol mistake or is this how it happens now ???
