Funk for FCHD in tonight's Thews @ Ten!

As many of you know, FCHD ("Richard") ran in the London Marathon on Sunday.
To mark our admiration of his fine effort, he will be playing tonight's "Thews @ Ten" as our guest, and he has pledged that any cash he wins in it will be donated to the Samaritians, to mark the tragic death of young Claire Squires, who was an inspiration to so many of us.
Plesse join me in wishing him plenty of run-good tonight, & let's hve a good rail for him too.
