Buttons stop working on table

Anyone have this happen to them.

Its happened to me a few times.
I could have 8 tables open and all of a sudden the buttons on one of the 8 tables just stop working. I click fold or check etc, but nothing happens, the bet slider also doesnt work.
You are just left watching yourself being forced to fold the hand. It will then continue on to the next hand.

Only way to stop is to just close down the table and reopen it again if there is still a seat. Only ever effects one table at a time.

Happened to me once when I had AA from early position, frustrating.

easiest "fix" is to click standard view to mini view or vice versa

Amazes me how buggy and feature lacking the software is sometimes, for a big company like sky.

At least they have moved away from the web flash version I guess, only a few years behind:)

Yeah, only been trying it out a few days, and quite frankly this software is a mile by other sites I feel. I'm not convinced by their RNG, the amount of lacking features (some important ones like auto top up), and its buggy like you say. I have had the buttons fail like this twice now in the space of the 3 days I've been using it. Worst of which was today after I lost a big pot to some player with no idea sat down called a 3bet from me with QQ's and on a totally dry board took most of my stack with 26os. Didn't mind to much as knew would be a matter of time till had chance to get it back if someone didnt first.. So time comes when i flop trips and they are firing at me, turn a fullhouse still they fire. River comes and they fire again.... I go to reraise and thats when the buttons choose to fail. So not only don't I win the pot I lose another half a stack of cash... This is a hideous bug that seems to happen to often in software that can cost you a stack if happens at a bad time.

I mean they have had this software for two years right? Why so far behind other sites? I guess as while sky is a big company they are about TV first and not poker, but still its a bit poor. With TV channel of its own etc this site could be huge if they wanted it to be, rather than small like it is, but it needs to be more up to date to reall attract to many players I'm guessing for long term play.

For me it's worse. Most people can click standard view then back into mini and it's fine. For me all the buttons stop working, I can't fold, I can't call, I can't click standard view, I can't even quit the tables. Tilts the life out of me watching myself fold and sit out on 12 tables at once. After about 2 minutes or so it suddenly starts working again. I've tried to raise the issue in the customer help and service area (which has worked in the past regarding problems) but no-one from Sky bothered to look into it.

This is probably down to the driver software, sometimes when you download stuff you can get bugs which can affect the program you have installed, imo you need to uninstall all sky poker gizmos and Adobe air, and re-install them, saying that i have only started being a reg here ~10 days lol, so not best person to comment but i play up to 9x tables with no glitches so far (not sure if the problems occurs when playing 12+?).

Spad3 we don't want software issues to tilt you do we! otherwise you might get tilt overload playing vs a certain someone lool
