    From T's & C's

You can register only one Sky Bet, Sky Bingo, Sky Poker, Sky Vegas account which can be used on all products. Should we find that you have opened multiple accounts we will close all but one account.

Multi-accounting is a big no-no in poker and considered very shady for many reasons. Abuse of sign-up bonuses is probably the most common one. In high stakes cash games it can be a way to get action against players who wouldn't otherwise play you. Likewise in HU STTs. Collusion is another reason, eg if you get can two screen names in an STT you have a massive advantage over the other runners.

Original Post must of been a typo.....

Keyboard mistakenly auto changing "*****" to "Accounts", happens to me ALL the time.... (The mistake that is...)

While of course I agree with the bulk of your post, perhaps this clause indicates why it maybe should be allowed!

Yeah cos obviously it's fair when someone is playing against someone thinking they are an unknown when actually that person has a catalogue of notes on them and thus has a massive advantage over them.
