I think I'm pretty OKish at MTT's and SNG's, soon as I switch to cash up about 100NL I find myself raising up to about 4x BB get about 3-4 callers every time I raise, then get a full pot donk bet into me and I have to fold it, it's like am playing against one tablers with no patience and will play any two cards, so I'll sit around wait for a big hand get it and I just get outflopped everytime, how do you win at cash???

It is the ideal scenario for you mate, to have weak players at your table, calling way too much pre flop. Count your blessings and don't look for players who are going to respect your raises, if your raise aren't so loose that they don't warrant respect. And especially don't move up stakes looking to find people who respect your raises. Only move up stakes, if you are lucky enough to find these types of players on a tables.

These players are highly exploitable, just keep a tight range pre flop, and put a lot of pressure on their weak range of hands post fop. By betting more flops, turns if an overcard to the flop comes, or you have decent real outs or river bluffing out to improve, and betting the river if an overcard comes. Betting whether or not the overcard improves your hand to stay balanced and difficult to read.

If they donk into on the flop full pot, raise or float their donk and continue betting scare cards on the turn.. You have to be willing to put real pressure on these players weak range of hands post flop, otherwise they can give you trouble. Even calling stations can fold weak hands by the turn or the river. If they call you down to the river more often then not. Bet a mainly value range, with the
occasional bluffs, on good boards for bluffing, to keep them non believing.

Weak players are weak because they have highly exploitable games, like not respecting raise's that warrant respect. It's just a matter of learning how to exploit their weaknesses. Once you learn how, these are the players you want to play against, not strong players as they are fairly balanced in their play, can fold rubbish hands pre flop, and are difficult to exploit.

I know what you mean op its awful playing against them 1 tabling gamblers who call all raises. I always table select really hard to avoid them especially the really tough opponents you know the ones who limp call with any two suited. I always look for a table full of really good 8 tabling pros so much easier playing against them.
