Flop choice 20bb deep TPMK. Check, bet or jam?

No info on villian really, but hit the flop just about as well as I could have hoped except to have two clubs as well. What choice you making? I thought this was fairly simple, but thought I'd get some feedback.

    prob bet 700, and get it in if raised, check seems ok too

    Bet for value.

    This deep can't fold if raised on wet board with lots of draws out.

    Yeah in the end I decided to just shove the flop, as did consider a 700-800 bet, but doing so would be just the same as a shove in his eyes, and maybe a shove would look more of a bluff that he might try to pick off with 99 or 1010 etc. Still, was a little surprised when he called and turned over AJ. Didn't improve and so took an early night :)
