    A569s is marginal, but we have NFD and position so I think it's okay.

    Opponent is incredibly lucky, calling down with, like, the 6th nuts or something and hit his 1 outer.

    Your play is fine IMO, opponent not so much :S

    A six card straight flush!!
    I would never have been able to get away from that hand. Might have check called river, but money was always going in.
