Playing cash before, 5/10p blinds. Wondering how my play/betting was on these two hands? They were hands one after each other.

72 hand i thought id bluff pre, got called and flopped a pretty nice flop. when he called the turn i was sure he had two pair? so checked the river

55 hand i tried to play it like i was bluffing again?? Dunno if it looks like that? i asked the guy and he said he thought i maybe had a low pair?

72s raising pre is certainly on the loose side and means you will be raising with a massive percent of your range, not awful but you need to know you person who calls will often check fold a lot flops, if he's someone who can't even fold Ace high it's a pretty poor raise pre.

    Flop looks good.

    Turn same.

River don't mind check behind with 2nd nut low 2pr as 89 got there plus unlikely BD flush but mainly just could be random better two pairs, and if you bet like £2.50 and he shoves you gonna feel sick.

55 raise 4x with extra BB in play pre. rest played perfect just outdrawn by GS.

Yeah i'll be honest it was loose, i dont really tend to bluff alot but yesterday thought id have a practice and see how many i could get through? Im talking mainly pre flop, blind stealing, i mean if nothing comes on the flop id fold. I did watch how the table was playing and it seemed quite tight so didnt just go in trying to bluff with 72 lol

So you think my bet sizes were ok, apart from 4x bb pre on the pockets 5's? Thats good then :) I mean yeah getting beat sucks and it annoying but as long as i know i played my hands ok
