    Plus you've made massive raise on flop so clearly happy to get it in? But now you suddenly freeze when 3rd flush card comes, yes it isn't the best card but it is quite hard to make a flush so most times they won't have it, and even when they mdo you have outs.

    Main point though is you have pot bet left, no option but to shove.
