Pretty weird shove with that many in hand unless he has made straight. My guess is made straight and shoving because either he don't have the nut straight or he is worried about fact there is now two flush draws out there.

Can be difficult to fold top two pair, but this is definately a board I'd consider doing so... Old pro advice I once heard was "don't go broke in an unraised pot".... meaning you have so little idea what people have and this could have hit plenty of limpers with straight or set etc. Still got plenty of chips, so think I just find a better spot, and more so as he was happy to raise the flop in a multiway pot.

I personally would reraise flop again after Gooner raises and call any all in as if I play JT pre one of the flops I really want to see is JTx and this is that flop.

Yes the flop gives possible str8s to 78/Q8/KQ but it also has many draws that could play strongly as well as dream scenarios of worse two pairs J9/T9 or even aggresive AJ/KJ.

If just call flop then I call turn too as board hasn't changed other than heart FD appearing.

At that stage i don't think there's any shame folding pre flop with your position and the stack sizes and just waiting for a better spot.

On the flop though i agree with Dudeskin, you should put him to the test and if he shoves in response then i think it's an easy fold just because of the context of the situation.

I called and he flopped the straight with KQ

The 12k BH has a pretty fast structure and i guess my hand is ahead quite a lot there as ppl will be shoving draws with the added incentive of a bounty.

In a deeper structure maybe the fold is easier but the structure is pretty poor in this one tbh so i took the gamble

Before i read the result, i was going to say fold because he probably has KQ.

The flop raise and sizing was the big clue. the jam on the turn is his way of protecting from a flush draw...

make a note and better luck next time

dont blame you for calling, but i think i can find a fold believe it or not... although in a bh its very tempting to call.

On a side note, im always very cautious in limped pots oop. Im not sure i like sticking another raise in on the flop personally, not on that board with his raise looking so strong...
