Blackpool SPT

Do you guys think at the rate the seats are getting taken there will be a direct buy in option available to non priority players?
I have played 6 sats so far and as im a donk spent £144 trying to sat in, at this rate ill be spending loads on sats lol.
I would rather just sit n wait for the direct buy in to become available and just buy in, if you guys think not, then its heads down and semi sat every night for macapaca as this SPT is 1 im really looking forward to.

    If they do bring out Direct buy-ins I'll be taking one. My dad said he would drive me up there so I am going to try and attend my first SPT. Guess the Bounty Hunter is one to be involved in. Lets hope they bring the direct buy-ins out soon!

    lets hope the sats arent v full over the nx few weeks then we can get on the direct buy ins and get our seat in the most fun spt of them all and when i bust out early on the lash in blackpool is not that bad lol

    I will be going up on the thursday to have a team51 lash up, theres a few of us going up.
    Then friday be in bed hungover all day.
    8pm Friday side event, then cash tables when i bust out while getting lashed up on budweiser.
    Sat stay in bed all morning then stroll to casino just before the tourny starts and hopefully run deep this time as done poor in last 2 spts.

    Have tbh. I dont understand why there isnt a standard direct buy in.

    There never is a diret buy in ( correct me if im wrong ) unless all the seats havent been won via satelittes but i fear that this blackpool leg will be very popular and all the seats will be won via sats grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr so looks like have to play more semis lol

    Hi maca.

    It's hard to be sure at this stage, to be honest.

    Current indications, however, suggest that it will be a close run thing, & "Directs" are very unlikely.

    At best, there MAY be a handful a day or so before the Event, but most people will try & satellite in earlier, due to the need to get a hotel booked early in the summer season.

    My advice would be to try & satellite in, demand appears to be quite strong at present.

    Seems like the satellites have been taken off , I cant see any . They were on there this morning . Not sure if the total seats is 130 or 150 .   There are 150 seats advertised on the website , but only 130 shown on the registration page . I think this needs clarifying .

    The event will run with 150 runners

    130 sold online, where 127 have sold so the satellites have been removed, direct entry is open for those final seats

    5 for the Live satellite

    15 for guests

    If any of the guest allocation is not taken up they will be on sale beforehand either in the lobby or on the day.
