Still problems with the download since recent update

Anybody else having trouble with opening the download. Have to try multiple times?

I have emailed tech using the form and sent logs but heard nothing.

I know of at least 4 others on our team FB that are having problems.

Surely Sky are aware??

    The only issues i have loading download it goes onto my tables, and gives me a rundown of who finnished where on a tournament i didnt even take part in.

    The other issue i have only applies to satellites. Upon reaching final table first hand i disconnect, unable to see my cards or have any buttons. That fixes itself inrtime for hand two however. However i know my connection is fine, as when im multitabling my other tables are all fine. And getting to FT's of mtts i havent had this problem.

    Now i dont mind, because usually im likley to not have a hand anyways but really one time in however many thats going to be aces folded pre at whats usually a critical stage of a sat.

    Hi Boxster, TBH ive been usingt e web version recently,  no reason just lazy.  

    Just opened the download there, it upgraded and opened fine

    While it says loading cm .......

    CTRL + ALT + DELETE

    start task manger.
    Processes
    Find sky poker, end process.  

    Then it will load first time.

      Been having simular problems takes about 3-4 goes to get it to open

    Been having the same problem myself.  Sometimes it opens first time and others it takes 4 or 5 attempts.  Like you I have sent in my log to the Tech team, hopefully they will work out a fix in the near future.

    As there is a thread already started in the Help & Advise forum here I am closing this thread.  If anyone is having a similar problem can they post on that thread please.

    Same here and the lobby info always shows the SPT semi result I played last week!
