    great blog read and commented. Actually just read my comment back and it seems very preechy hope its not taken in that manner, was going through a whole host of my own hand historys directly for reading and jotting down mistakes. As a result i spotted loads. Hope you dont take it the way that it appears. Sigh.

    Always happy to listen to advice from other players Don.

    Even the guy who sent me a PM stating "Idiot Donk, Learn to play"  ;o)

    When I sent him a PM back with my Mod hat on, he informed me he was "Just offering advice" ;O)

    :) no worries mate, i seen Mr Coach was actually quite happy to talk me about it aswell. So ive actually learned from it myself lol. :)

    Also quick note ive pm'd you regards to a slightly off topic issue/slighly on topic too. lol.

    Another interesting read Jock. How many hours have you had with him now? Do you have a set number of hours that you're planning to do with him? Like getting to X amount and then assessing, maybe he could help with this assessment as to how far he thinks you've come.

    Hi Lambert,  I think we must have done 4 1/2 hours now.  The deal I have with Chris is a set number of hours.  

    My plan is to use this set number of hours and then sit down with Chris to see what we should work on moving forward.  I definitely intend to continue with the coaching moving forward.  Assuming Chris can cope with me for 2 hours a week moving forward lol

    I intend to do a blog summarising everything at the end of the first f=group of lessons so hopefully I'll get Chris to contribute to that one

    Sounds good. I'd love to hear from Chris because I've heard alot about him (alot of good things) and he sounds like he's got a pretty great understanding of the game, but I think by the time I came along to Sky he wasn't really playing much here anymore so never got a chance to speak to him or anything.
