HU SHUFFLE

Been playing the £1-10 hu shuffle for last few days. £50 guaranteed . Registered when lobby showed £50 prize fund only to find 10 minutes later £50 prize money gone. phoned customer service to say that this was unfair to players that had registered early as prize money gone by the time game starts. they say they will get back to me .

    May I just add that only 20 odd people are entering the £1.10 - £50 gt HU Shuffles. So it's no surprise.

    yes 10 minutes before game started. still showed £50 on main lobby (£50 HU sUUFLE) then when you went to game to register prize fund did not show it. whilst i was on phone to customer services the £50 dissapeared on main lobby.

    Off topic, but I can't understand why these have failed so bad?

    Maybe a straight HU knockout format would work better? (Still with bounties).

    They'd have to be faster though, to avoid waiting. Hyper format!

    they have took all the gtd of in the hu shuffles because its not reaching the guarnetee and the late time tourneys they have done the same removede the guarentee because not enuff players

    I understand that they are not reaching the guarentees. But I think its unfair if a player registers early when the lobby is showing£50 only to discover when the game comes up that the£50 has been removed.

    I thought it was my imagination, I could have sworn there was a £50 guarantee but I only got £3 for 3rd

    It wasn't your imagination it did say £50 guarentee on todays 4pm HU shuffle.Thats why i rang customer services to say how unfair it was as people would have registered and not discovered the £50 had been removed till after the game had started.
