Played on my first cash game yesterday to take my mind off being nervous to bring husband home from hospital. It worked! LOL I shook like a leaf for first 5-6 hands but soon felt quite at home. I kept remembering TK saying to remember 2 things: 1) don't play so many hands, wait for something worth raising with; and 2) to raise enough rather than checking and calling so much. If you want the pot, act like it! LOL
Thank you TIKAY for great advice. I went low for a bit, but remained in my seat and didn't moan! LOL I soon got all my money back and eventually 50% more as well.
