played some cash games today, went to withdraw my winnings and it wouldnt let me,contacted sky to ask why not ,and was told for security it may take a few hours ,so they can check the games were all above board ie= no cheating/ collusion going on,ok by me ,as i like to play on a site that is safe and takes its security seriously, so my question is why would they let me play my account balance in cash or any other games ? and also what would happen if they found out somethinf untoward was going on,what would they do then take money out of every players account that i had lost a hand to? or is it just a case of a site trying to stop players withdrawing so they can get more rake ? opinions please

From what I gather from watching the show, large amounts that are way beyond my personal bankroll are subject to scrutiny and the chat history etc. are looked over. Think this happened when someone won the jackpot and I recall it took 24-48 hours to verify the money going out. If there were high stakes involved and either someone watching the table or someone involved may have reported any unusual chat

This is completely standard - Whenever you win a significant amount of money (I think it's over £50) in a session on a single table, it goes into held funds and can't be withdrawn for 24 hours, whilst the security team checks for collusion.

Try again same time tomorrow, you should be able to withdraw.
