Poker League Freeroll..help!

I usually do very nicely against an opponent at the cash tables, so upon searching for him i noticed they were registered in the freeroll. I've never heard of this or even knew about it so i checked the entry requirements.

I'm 120-something on the list for points earned, but i'm not registered. Is there something i should be doing? Will i be registered for the next quarterly one?

Any help appreciated as i'm feeling a bit thick today.

Update: I just pressed register and it appears i'm registered for it.......is this all i have to do every month?

if you qualify then yes.

the league itself works on a 3 month basis. so you have to be in the top 150 of easch discipline top qualify. it works a bit oddly so i suggest you read the promo page to give you a better idea. the league is 3 monthly but the freerolls are monthly

the league is due to be reset back to zero at the end of this month.

gl in the freeroll, ive managed to qualify for the roller seat on 2 occasions and its a good experience to play in the higher end tournies for no outlay

My understanding is that you are automatically entered into the game by Sky, but I may be wrong on that, never having made the cut myself lol.

There is usually a list of all the qualifiers in the Tournament section of the forum.

Thanks mate. It's quite exciting for me to see the sorts of names i'll be up against.

Shows how much NL4 i've been grinding i suppose. I was going to move up to NL10 but there is a considerable lack of action on Sky so i'm sticking with the 4NL for now. Let's hope the new software is a lot lighter on the CPU usage so we can effortlessly 6 table on bad laptops and let's hope this in turn brings more action.

you have to manually register for it. there are 450 invited players and when i played the number who were actually register was less than 200. it is a locked tourney but there is no password to enter, it must cross check alias names to be allowed in

Yeah i just registered and it allowed me to do it like a normal tourney.

Thanks guys,

Out of curiosity I had a look & decided to try & register, not thinking it would allow me, and I am in. Never thought I would have been anywhere close, but if you dont try you dont get & I can now look forward to sunday's freeroll :-)
