    Go to "My Account" "Account History" pick all transactions, and then the period you want, so if you check today click last 24 hours, then click search and it should show.  Mine is a massive £4.44 this month.

    It says £0.00 for mine, but I know I earned abuot £14 worth.

    EDIT: Am speaking to customer care now, so hopefully they'll sort it.

    Thats an odd one, I think you should give customer care a call and see if they can shed any light on it.

    Not impressed up to this point. She says I've apparently received it, but can't explain why it doesn't show in my history at all and only shows £0.00

    It's been resolved now. The line on the transaction history was apparently deductions but there were no deductions required. I can't imagine why there ever would be but hey ho. It was creditted about 2:30pm today (she said) and I can see it on my account history now, just a fair bit to trawl through because I've played 21 Hypers so far today, so that's 42 transactions with there being one for in and out.

    Sorted anyway :)

    £14.39, my best total yet.

    But I'm gonna be smashing that this month cos I'm playing 1000+ £5.25 hypers.

    Cash for Points have been paid out, you may need to just check a bit further back earlier today in your history. The £0.00 would be the points deduction later.
