Just a quick question..............Do you ever feel unconsciously that poker be it online or live / poker forums,  analysing etc take up more of your time than you naturally feel comfortable with?

    Addiction is a terrible thing!

People do overplay for different reasons.if you can make money by grinding long hours then i can see how you may be drawn into it.

It would never be for me though as money doesn't have that high a priority at my age or in my situation. When i hear how many hours some put into the Grind then i feel that they cannot be enjoying the poker as much as i am at the moment....but good luck to 'em.

Its a matter of perspective and balance, IMO.

You know it's serious when poker thinking start's to infiltrate every decision you make.

when paying for things in a shop, I handle my coins in exactly the same way as I handle my chips at a poker table for example.
