Ridiculous...

So I'm looking forward to starting my time at Sky Poker with a FreeRoll to try things out.

Alas, after waiting for the hour or so until the tournament starts, I was eager to play in the final seconds of the countdown. However, as soon as the timer goes down, the info turns to a search bar for a new tournament.

So now I can't join the tournament that I used my points to enter because all I have the option to do is observe tables, and it's one of the few tournaments that I have the time to do. Very unhappy with the usability and I doubt I'll be trying Sky Poker again until it becomes a bit more user friendly, especially seeing as I'm no noob with computers.

Thanks guys,

I'll be seeing you.

I've just checked and you are actually in the tournament. Try going to the My Sky Poker tab in the lobby and in the My Tables section you will find all your tables that are currently running. You should be able to launch the table from there.
