time people got banned for abuse!!!!

hi dont post on here much never felt the need to till now. i use to play on this site all the time now its only now and again reason been the amount of verbal abuse people are givng out on here, what makes it worse is this is happening in mirco stakes if you cant afford to lose 50p then why are they playing at all.so the other night im playing a 50p treble your money on the bubble theres a guy sat out had been all game i had about 7000 chips player to my left has 7000 chips player to his left 2400 chips and plyer to there left sat out with 1300 chips all about figers and blinds are going up so i sit out whilest i had a smoke. so all of a sudden in the chat box comes the words you nick one round and ill nick the other (is this not collusion?????)so on my next bb when raised i sat back in quick i had bad  hold cards 83 off but i rerasied any way and got the call afterflop villan bets out i reraise they call turn cmoes a blank villan checks i half pot bet they call river a blank villan bets a very weak 200 so i shove. at this point in the chat box the verbal starts coming "why why" why what i reply "why you do that you rather see someone satout all game get paid"to which i reply i would have stayed out till the collusion text in the chat box "thats not collusion not even close" came the reply to which i stayted i was not bothed either way then it really started "you t**t" so at this point i turn the chat of so any friends of mine want to pop in for a chat now i cant see them, but what really gets my back up is i should not have to turn the chat off in the first place and the fact that playing is how i wind down after work not WIND UP. now under the rules collusion is a ban!!! what i would like to see is a chat ban like on most other sites on the net, why because we all like playing bad players and if someone needs to cheat then they must be a bad player. so come on sky lets stop this verbal abuse to other players on the site start to impose chat bans at least. if needs be i will name and shame these players and send in to sky the game number it happend on if they are willing to do something about it till then i will be on another site. sorry if this sounds like im a right moner but im fed up to the back teeth of it all i want to enjoy my poker not get verbaly abused everytime i play.

It's an easy answer to this one. We obviously monitor the site 24/7 and take action if needed. However, if you would like to report anything you feel needs looking at, please contact customer care.

We cannot and do not deal with anything like this on the forum because we cannot discuss individual cases. Customer Care should always be your first port of call and they will happily help.
