Hello
This isnt a bad beat, you got it in when behind when you could have folded...
But as this is the clinic...
sit with 100bbs, raise bigger pre, bf flop
EDIT for clarification, a "bad beat" is when you get it in massively ahead and get outdrawn, a cooler is where both players have to get their money in because both have strong hands. This situation (50bbs deep) is much closer to a cooler than a bad beat... as played, you can fold tho!
Next lets focus on how the hand was played. You min raised with AQ OOP with what intention? You aren't going to fold out much with a min raise preflop as they get good odds to call, and more so if both call. On the flop you lead out weakly showing signs you aren't that keen on the board, and then oddly decide to call the shove with second pair.
Lastly, you are playing cash table without being topped up to the max buyin, which isn't generally optimal for playing cash tables as your big hands get paid off less. Yes short stack poker can work in the hands of people that play that type of poker well, but its not generally great in most peoples eyes.
So all in all your post is wrong for a whole lot of reasons, but don't take this as me being mean, jsut hopefully pointing out the flaws in your thinking so you can use it constructively.
HA
Calling 3-bets pre-flop then shoving screams set. If not though you're losing to AK, KQ, any K.
Also any broadway cards or flush draws have a decent shot at outdrawing you. TJd for instance would actually have probably been a favourite.
