Hi guys,
the purpose of this post is purely for self motivation.
I've read through many other posts and seen people having great success with there bankroll challenges...
and yes you guessed it, i've become inspired. I've had slight success in poker, most notably winning a tourney for $1200 dollars on my 18th birthday, which was crazy. But after that i've constantly deposited and ended up losing it within a day or two. I think that attitude comes from my early success, as i want to win money fast, and get that amazing feeling again.
But like anything in life, learning a craft and fine tuning it will inevitably produce better results in the long run. So here i am...
I currently have £23 in my account, and i'm going to aim for £100. Not a huge target for some of you out there, but the satisfaction of reaching it, knowing i have stayed disciplined would be awesome.
I'm going to play the 1-2 pound heads up games, and hopefully get an early run going.
Thank you guys for reading, and i'm sorry to bore you with another original post, but lit's somewhere i can place my results and start speaking to the people who are in the community who share similar targets and goals.
See you at the tables.

dev
to be honest it was one of your posts that inspired me, when you mentioned try and am to keep a bankroll or more than a month, this should enforce that rule haha.
So far so good though..
£0.55: Played 2
Won 2
Lost 0
£1.05: Played 5
Won 4
Lost 1
Hope the form continues....
I have always found that if i set myself a target, it puts pressure on andi end up failing. I also have lost a good win and learned to play much tighter than i did. It works. I'll try to keep up with how u r doing... :-)
the profit so far is sitting at £9.75, which is much more than i imagined making on my first night.
I'll keep you updated.
Thanks for following
i lost my first 4 games for about £8...
for some reason i was mad, i played well i was just unlucky, but in the heat of the moment i bought into a hypercharged £21 heads up. the second the game was up, i regreted it...
I ended up winning, which doesnt overshadow the fact i ignored everything i set this post up for..
the second i feel like that again, im just gonna turn my laptop off...
my account is currently at £43.35.. Profit: £20.35
i hit a 55 heads up thinking it was for 2 and lost. pay attention (slap).

keep up the good work. :-)
