Hi Glen ive been playing on Sky for about 3 years now, started at £5.50 tables (was playing fulltilt before, but only for fun tables to learn the game) I only have a small screen, so play 2 tables at a time, 3 at a push, im not good at multi games. so optimum for me is 2, a lot of the time i only play 1 table at a time, as i enjoy chatting to the regs on here and cant do that on more than 1 table at a time. I play usually from £11 to £22, but not to many £22 as Br cant really stand it at the moment.
Anyway, had real bad nith last night, (note to self do not play after drinking) and Br took a hit. need to play better and rebuild.
hay we all done that, think you can play the world, live and learn, keep going gl Glen Posted by _G_
Have gone down and down beat after beat, something is wrong.... Cant keep getting chips in good and losing.........oh yes i can, last 2 games AA vs 10 10 lost again AJ called by K7 off he rivered a straight....Need a rest and a rethink BR now £1.50 with c4ps to come. I have bad runs but this on has been unreal......Doesnt look like im going to Vegas now.....
a) your bankroll management sucks b) you need to evaluate your play
good luck with your challenge, the whole place is sick. i went to vegas in november to support sam holden on ft (old school friend). pinged 2.7k the night before flying out and then a 2nd place in caesars festival event for 2.5k the 2nd day out there so already have the dollars saved up for next trip
However i definitely recommend investing some money in a membership to a training site to improve your DYM strategy as it's nothing like MTTs Cash and standard SNGs. small tweaks to fix your biggest leaks!
hi Gary, sorry to see u,ve had a bad nite m8, unfortunately it happens, been there myself, haven,t i. it,s not you m8,it,s poker,it just happens sometimes & there is nothing you can do about it. well there is only 1 thing i can think of... bankroll management. think you just have to accept these nites will happen from time 2 time, and your b/roll has 2b able to survive it. obviously u have had a couple of unfortunate sessions & your b/roll has simply not been big enough to take it. think u should just re-load £100 and simply carry on playing, either £11,s or possibly even think about dropping down to £5,s for a day or 2. don,t let it put you off m8,play again tomorrow, get a win behind you & you will be away again. it,s tough mate i know, but i know you can do it. best of luck, dev
deposit 60 and play £3.30s until you reach 100 and move up to 5.50s. follow a 20buyin rule MINIMUM. you could be stricter but if you can afford it then no need.

Totally agree my Br management sucks.....
And yes my game needs help, i did go down to the lower stake tables and the calls on there were well iffy to say the least.
Im still up over the last 2 months and when my C4PS cash goes in, i will have had a rest. And will come back and start playing £3.30 to try and rebuild.
Looking back and replaying some of the hands i know ive made mistakes, and must learn from them.

Dev its been 3 days of losses, im going to wait for C4PS to be deposited then start playing £3.30 and trying to rebuild.
As you know my Br management is bad and my play the last few days has been pretty bad, im not moaning i know who is to blame and i can just say that i must have a rethink and perhaps a rebuild of my strategy.
sounds like 1 or both of 2 things. a) your bankroll management sucks b) you need to evaluate your play good luck with your challenge, the whole place is sick. i went to vegas in november to support sam holden on ft (old school friend). pinged 2.7k the night before flying out and then a 2nd place in caesars festival event for 2.5k the 2nd day out there so already have the dollars saved up for next trip However i definitely recommend investing some money in a membership to a training site to improve your DYM strategy as it's nothing like MTTs Cash and standard SNGs. small tweaks to fix your biggest leaks! You sound like u have a good game and have had some nice cashes, well done.
I have been to Vegas a couple of times but with the wife so not really been able to play.
Any advice is more than welcome and taken on board, i was on the table at Blackpool SPT with YOYO most of the 1st day and watching him was interesting, and i hope i learnt from it.
Here we go, had nothing in my account, played freeroll, cashed for 65p, then went on playing DYMs, managed to turn that ino £14 then let the bankroll management get out of hand again. Thought i was playing well enough to play a £5.50 game.
then things went wrong.
Flop 442 im holding 22 in my hand happy days i think, i bet, result was what i wanted a non believer pushes all in, instant call, when i see Q 10 i think happy days until: Turn 10 river 10 for bigger house, just shows play within your BR and the bad beats dont hurt as much, after another beat 6 7 10 board im holding KK after having my 4 bet called pre i shove hoping to see QQ or JJ only to get called by the monster A3 off, river ace kills me. Br decimated.
I really enjot this thread but you really can afford to be playing £5 buy ins with a roll of less than 100 -120 quid it may work for a few weeks but just one day will ruin it! As stated above play on a min of 20 buy ins preferably more!
