Tales From Sunny (Windy/Rainy) Blackpool

So my SPT experience lasted a full two hours. CTBN makes it into my black book for knocking me out. Mercilessly coolered me just before the dinner break. "Nice hand sir"... walk away... cry...

Anyway just wanted to say it was a very pleasant time, with many thanks in particular to Giant811 and GREGHOGG. Good luck to them both. Sorry for the bruised shins Anna. :/

I'm sure not many folks will want to add any embarrassing tales on this thread but at least you probably lasted longer than me...

    Mr Loner, it was a pleasure meeting you, I hope we will cross paths again at future SPTs. Next time don't run off after busting, the real fun starts once half the field has busted and is looking for something fun to do. (Alcohol is usually involved.)

    great weekend from meeting up with uncle pat at 6  got soaked doing the 60 yard dash from hotel to casino. just one beer and something to eat before side event well that didnt happen several beers later and dribbling chips for 5 hours .Then the fun started and didnt stop till 5 30 in morning where the last sit and go started £1 lol where ther was some crazy antics and one young lady who shall remain nameless fell on her a__e on more than one occasion.Myself and pat got back to hotel at 7 am wet through again.Wasnt realy feeling it when after about 7 hours we were back for main event.That didnt go to well after nitting my way to dinner picked up few decent pots and was doing ok when myAA ran into KK of course a K popped out as door card and that was me done lol. so it was back to the bar for some solace. very enjoyable side event in evening unfortusonattly not to long so off to bar for more solace good night was shared with usual suspects.Bit of a blur rest of night but got safely back to hotel .Sunday broke and went back to rail the 6 squadies still left gradually they fell one by one till we ended up with 2 squadies on ft barbie and sikas well played both quality final table filled with sky regs and there was some top play squadies fell 7th and 6th well played both.And after titanic heads up which swung one way and the other one mr andrew1947 came out on top. Top bloke and very popular winner and good story teller to lol. Brilliant weekend great venue another great event by sky.APPARANTLY there was a football game as well     did i not like that  lol cheers all

    Was good to meet you GoldenB. Ver unlucky on your exit hand. I was sat to your immediate left, orange t-shirt. I wondered why you were so quiet.. this explains a lot lol :)
