Connection Issue DTD Midnight Monday

Last night I was on FT of DTD Deepstack and there was 3 of us left.

Just after the midnight resumption of the tournament, I was disconnected, although all other programs I had running were still going.

I contacted CC and they stated that they had no other reports of a problem.

I know that one other player on the table was also affected and players in chat mentioned it also.

Was anyone else affected and if so, can you please contact CC to make them aware

ps when i returned, I was down to 1 or 2 bb and went out in 3rd shortly after. This is not about the fact I went out, mainly about the disconnection issues that we are experiencing lately

I wasn't playing at the time, but I was watching your table Keith and I lost connection for a short time, not as long as you though x

    Happened on Totty, down to 7 players who all lost connection, as did the railers.

    But obv our faults as Sky never have disconnection problems.

I was playing cash for the first time in 3 weeks on SKY due to these disconnection problems.
Turns out i was also disconnected at midnight playing cash.

What's going on?

dont make the mistake of thinking anyone at Sky gives a ****. I took my money off Sky due to disconnections and sent an email explaining my actions. Although i rec'd an automated response acknowldging my msg I received no further reply from customer care.

fwiw, this is the first connection issue, which seemed to affect everyone, that i have experienced for a while..

I think ppl are being far too critical for one problem (lasted about a minute) which can affect any poker site and may be outside of sky poker's immediate control...

If anyone has any issues i would contact customer care with hand IDs of when the problem occured so we can help them prevent this sort of thing in future... I have done this.

I was disconnected at midnight too, playing a HU Hyper (not ideal), think it affected quite alot of people last night.

As Greg mentioned above, this is the first time I've had a problem for a while so hopefully just a one off.

fwiw, this is the first connection issue, which seemed to affect everyone, that i have experienced for a while.. I think ppl are being far too critical for one problem (lasted about a minute) which can affect any poker site and may be outside of sky poker's immediate control... As you can see by the OP, I have already contacted CC and all I asked was anyone else that was affected to contact CC. Not everybody was affected either as one of the FT players that I was on then had a jamboree collecting blinds. 

This is not critical of SKY, but typical is the immediate retort that nothing went wrong and some people immediately defending SKY without knowing any of the facts involved.

I have no issue with SKY regarding the outcome, again as stated, but the difference between finishing 3rd and 1st, because of a technical glitch, that SOME players were affected by, is frustrating.

I was affected by it too last night as were many players on my tables (probably all of them but i cant be certain)

I  have also been affected before in a similar way to yourself so i know how it feels, but i always find c/c sort it out for me in the end.

I wasnt referring to the OP when i posted my original thoughts fwiw. Your post is perfectly reasonable.
