Pretty awkward, I probably sigh call. We can still be against A6, KJ or something like that sometimes, especially if opponent is a station who won't fold rag aces pre or fold 2nd pair on the flop. I'm not delighted about calling here but I can't fold either having put half of my stack in, and considering there are hands that I beat.

Personally given his line I can't see him as having not just made his hand on the river here very often. Is he calling with A6 pre?  And if so, is he playing a weak 2 pair slowly? Both seem low likelyhood. AK, maybe, but again might have expected a raise before river or even preflop, and same goes for a set of sixs on flop or turn.

Given how much you've put out there now with your river bet I think you have to call, but I don't see him often having anything other than KJ as worse, or Q10 very often given his line, and with a possible straight or better two pair out there I'd expect a call with KJ, and so my feeling is he has Q10. Sure its possible this early his rubbish and he has some rag ace or A10-AQ, but again not sure about that unless its really poor player.

Might seem tight ranging, and guess could be wrong with no reads on him, but is line seems flaky if its some other strong hand that he had on the flop.

I dont think there is a hand you beat that a good player will shove allin here for value.
Would be a very odd and unlikely bluff, especially since there is no real draws on flop, so I think you can rule out bluffs.

So if the guy is a good player I fold. But when hes unknown and playing a 11 pound buyin I prob make the call.

Actually, check to see how many tables hes playing. If hes playing one call, if more than 4, fold.:)
