Terrible connection

Im new on here, still playing with the free money. I can't believe how bad the connection is compared to other poker sites Ive played on. Is it always like this or is my Bt broadband wich works fine everywhere else just not upto the job?

    Ive no idea why this has been moved from general chat. Im not looking for help I was asking a 'General' question about the service on this site???????
