As an IT consultant that specialises in designing and implementing large IT infrastructures (especially virtualised) that's also had to fix these sort of issues before (so I know it is difficult/frustrating to have to keep constant updates when I'm trying to fix the problem), I'd be interested to hear what the actual cause was for future reference?
Physical host/server failure? Network (Firewall/switch or GSS/Load Balancer)? Storage? Some kind of virus or DoS attack? Application related (database?)?
