Connection problems again?

Is anyone else having connection issues tonight. 

I won my free entry to the lucky 7's tonight via Sunday nights show, so i guess i aint going to complain to much as it was effectivley a freeroll. 

Basically i was delt 8 hands, in those 8 hands i was disconnected 13 times, 1 table running. My connection is fine on forums, and other sites (not playing poker) before and since so it defo is not my end. My connection was full health throughout between pc and router and router showing no issues. 

Basically im not happy, i know it was a free entry tournament for me but how do you have any chance when you bet it does go in, you call, but you get folded. Basically i didnt get a chance to actually play poker. 

I feel this is pretty unfair considering. 

Now im not expecting to be given another chance. Nor would i ask. But i cant imagine its only me thats got issues. I know mel has bought into the same tourrnament and although is still in sjhes complaining of the same issues. Hers is actually fine. Now ive tried going onto other websites and its fine. Therefore im 100% sure its not my end.

Cos the site is awful and so is the software. Terrible effort of a poker site

My friend had the same problem in the Primo on Sunday.
Four of us watched him attempt unsuccessfully to prevent the problem.
He contacted customer services while it was happening and after but was told it was a problem with his equipment.
I've never seen him so upset it wasn't the money it was that he was holding his own in the biggest tournament he'd ever played and was about to go all in with trip 3's when the screen crashed
I believe he has contacted the regulator and asked them to investigate.
Shame, he was given a great opportunity and never got the chance to prove himself

I've been 6-tabling NL4 between 8pm and 10pm with no noticable problems.
